If you are using an older version of Google android smartphone like Gingerbread application and you have windows 8.1 running on your PC or laptop computer; you maybe not be able to import any photos or movies from your smartphone storage into the computer. Why? For one thing windows 8.1 is set to Autoplay all media device, which allows for the Dropbox cloud application on your computer desktop to be the default import device .
